Samples not loading in Cubase

After installing EZdrummer, the plug in loads in Cubase 6.5 but the samples seem to be missing (although there’s no error message or anything). If I select Default Kit, for example, the memory usage shows 1MB and the only thing that plays is one of the snare samples (so, like if I keep hitting the pad for the snare, I sometimes hear it, but no other samples play for any other kit component).

Cubase 6.5, 32-bit, Mac OS X 10.7.4

I have a lot of experience with Cubase and plugins on Mac and PC, but this is a new one for me.
