I get the message that the input and output device don’t share a common sample rate. I tried to change the sample rate in EZKeys, but that doesn’t seem te work. It is fixed on 48.000. I tried to change it to 44.100 but that didn’t work. I can not be changed at all. Does anyone have a solution?

    EZkeys version: 2.1.4
    Operating system: macOS Sequoia (15)

have you tried changing the sample rate set on your audio interface?

    Hi,

we need more info; I am assuming you are using the standalone and not the plug-in but please clarify.
Which Audio interface are you using?

Hi John, thanks for replying. My audio interface is the built-in interface in my piano (Yamaha CP88). To be honest, I wouldn’t know how to change the parameters of that built-in audio interface. Do you know if it’s not possible to change the sample rate in EZKeys? I am using the standalone of EZKeys.

    best regards, Paul

    Hi,

have you checked that your CP-88 is updated to the latest firmware (V2.00) and that you have installed the latest drivers (V3.1.7)?

AFAICT, the CP-88 can only operate at 44,1kHz as an audio interface.

    BR,
    John
