I received the email from Toontrack about the free MIDI expansion pack available to registered users during the month of May.
On the website is the announcement of the free pack and then to the right a “Add to Cart” box with an arrow pointing to a field that says “Sound Expansion”.
It is not a live button. Added the “Blues” pack to my cart and no ‘Sound Expansion’ option was shown. Went through the checkout right up to the point where it wanted me to confirm my purchase and charge me $29. I stopped there.
So, what is going on or what am I not seeing? I just sent a message to support.
I am an avid user of Toontrack products. I find this snafu quite irritating.
