S3 missing a great tool in S2

[Mojave]

The first thing I was looking for and it wasn’t there. If I’m missing it, please, tell me where to find it. A super easy tool in S2 was the Velocity control which gave me a global velocity adjustment to any groove regardless of how it was played.

I figured it out, I highlighted all the drums on the kit and lowered the velocity bard in the Velocity Curve window. Works the same. I also found the velocity control in the grooves window. Duh.
