hi I recently purchased shuffled backbeats midi pack ’cause I assumed there would be those old 50’s rock’n’roll and rockabilly grooves(cause Steve Jordan was mentioned and he’s a master of 50’s rock grooves), in-between straight eighth notes and shuffle (hear “jailhouse rock” and Jeff Beck’s(w/bigtown playboys) rockabilly record …….but in shuffled backbeats MP there was not that kind of stuff! I’d like to know if you have that kind of drum grooves in your midi pack catalogue, if not, I highly recommend to make one, cause it would be a huge success in terms of sales…….
With Kind Regards,
Mr.Jyrki Telilä
I second that! And plaese put some surf grooves in there, too!

Thanked by: stevewire, Thaeda and Christian.D.I would also love some Rockabilly & 50s Rock & Roll grooves both for EZ Drummer & EZ Bass.
Yes I would like a pack of this too – I’m amazed I can hardly find anything on this style when it’s the basis of “rock”. I DID just find this pack for sale, looks quite good: http://www.happydogmedia.com/products.aspx BUT I would gladly but a second pack as soon as Toontrack or another company puts one out. Thanks.

Thanked by: Rudolf Simonsif there was something in the 50s rock n roll rockabilly vibe I’d definitely buy it.
is there a midi pack that gets close at all?
@Paul Young
Bolder Sounds make a great roots upright bass with a slap option, highly recommend!
Crickets from Toontrack. What gives. I need some good Surf and Rockabilly. Any other drop-in drum programs that are easy to operate and have these loops?
