Rock Warehouse HiHat Issue

Why are there only open hihat sounds when using the Rock Warehouse SDX?

This is the most ridiculous glitch and I have tried numerous fixes that don’t work. How do I get a refund for this SDX that is not close to complete with such a glaring glitch?

Try selecting the default hi-hat openness preset in the E-Drums settings.
