Rock EZX presets not working in EZD2

Title says it all. When I select any of the EZD2 presets for the Rock EZX (not the drum kit presets — I’ve already watched the video explaining the difference), none of the drums or settings change. They all sound basically identical. Any suggestions on fixing this?

Can you please post a screen shot of when a Rock! EZX Preset, say ‘Bright Ambient’ is selected?
