Roadmap – Bandmate? MIDI IN Channel?

Longtime user of EZD and EZK.  I am in a trial of EZB now.

When will the Bandmate features be added to EZB to keep pace with EZD3 and EZK2?

When will selectable MIDI IN Channel be added, like in EZD3?

Without these features, EZB feels quite limited in workflow options, and very “behind” the other products.  Please consider this feature requests, or additional votes toward getting them incorporated ASAP.

Any info most appreciated.

Is EZ Bass2 going to released soon? Will the app operate identical to EZ Keys2 with its excellent workflow, options and low learning curve based on how EZ Keys2 works and operates today?

I may purchase EZ Bass today if you offer me a free upgrade when EZ Bass2 is released in the near future.

Totally agree with you..  If they up EZ bass, EZ drums to the complexity of EZ keys.  It will be a much stronger package.  Right now I’m working with sending the same midi data to EZ Keys, and Logic Pro 11,  cutting/splicing/merging outputs from the two ‘players’ to make something unique and a bit more interesting.  Doing the same with Bass, drums also.  More work, but makes a noticeable difference.

Hi,

you have got the Drums & Keys tab plus the Audio Tracker Tab in EZbass and you can Import Chords and Parts from EZkeys 2 Projects, which all in all gives you about the same as Bandmate. You can drag MIDI from EZkeys 2 to the EZbass Drums & Keys tab, as well as EZdrummer 3 drum MIDI (exactly how depends on host but *should* work if windows are overlapping). The EZbass Standalone lets you specify MIDI In channel but not the EZbass plug-in.
