In the Analyzer part of Settings > MIDI In/E-Drums, what appears when you hit the ride? Could you post a screenshot?

We have located a mistake in the TD-30 preset (and a few others). You should be able to fix it by selecting note 51 in the list to the left, then in the dropdown menus to the right, change the two zeros to 51 and 113, respectively. (Or maybe better, just select 51 in the top menu and click on the “1” button to the right so it says “Off”.)

Yes, this fixes the ride on my TD-30. Glad it’s uncovered some other mapping issues which might be affecting others.

Will this likely be rolled out into a fix at some point? I’m happy to make the changes for now, but it might become quite tedious to do every time I fire up SD3.

Good. Yes, we’ll make an update with the fix quite soon. You could save a default project with the change.

Yes, I remembered earlier you can save a default project, so I made those changes and saved it to that. I look forward to downloading the update in the future :-). Glad it’s fixed some things. Happy to be of service.
