    I want to thank you guys for the top shelf customer service providing me with an answer to an honest question about a product I paid good money for. Is this what we can expect from TT customer service in the future?

    Hi Tyler,

    you didn’t ask a question in your first post but I am a bit surprised because I am pretty sure I wrote a reply anyway, something in the line of “thanks for the heads-up, I’ll ask my colleagues”, since I did check it myself and write an internal post to my colleagues about it.

    So, sorry for the Forum hiccup (or simply my fumble fingers) but I have no other info for you now.
