In the piano roll, when you quantize, add swing, etc, after you de-select the notes, it saves your changes. This is great except if you want to go back to the original performance you can’t without un-doing all your work after that. It would be great If EZKeys kept the original note locations and you could have a right click menu option “Reset notes”
Or maybe keep the changes you have but don’t commit unless you press a “Commit” button. That way, you could re-highlight notes and it would show what youv’e done to them so far.
You can add an extra track and keep the original in one track, copy and paste it to the new track and do your editing there. You can even rename the track names by right-clicking on them.
