the short answer is ‘yes’ but it depends on which products exactly and whether or not they are installed on your system drive, since I presume you mean wiping the system and re-installing the OS?
With the Product Manager, it should be simple for you to re-download and re-install your products.
If you have Superior SDX Libraries on external locations, they can be re-linked to the software.
