Hey there.  Could you please free up my authorizations or reset, remove any old machines but this one that I am on so that I may use the software that I have purchased?  That would be splendid.  By the way, this machine has been with me since I’ve had your products.

I’ve removed all inactive authorizations. You should be all set.

    John,

The time has come for me to ask… are you able to clear out all authorizations designated to the computer marked as “Little Cow”? It would save me a lot of headache if possible.

    Hi,

You have no inactive authorizations for me to remove.

Please use the Toontrack Product Manager to remove a currently active authorization for your product(s) and then authorize your new computer.

    Hello!

Can Toontrack help me with some authorization issues, please?

I would like everything to be reset to scratch, so to speak. As for now I´m receiving messages regarding all my Toontrack stuff saying:

“Authorization failed. The server said unknown error”

    I also get the message:

    “Standalone is not installed”

I used to save everything on an external ssd-drive (Lacie) and would like to do so further on as well. I´ve re-formatted it to “APFS”-format like it was before these problems occurred.
    I’m on a MacBook Pro M2 Sequoia 15.1.1

    Best regards, Janne Andersson

    Hi Janne,

A lot to unpack here, so let’s start with the install. The software itself, plugins etc, must be installed on your system drive.

The libraries however can be installed on external drives.

Is that what you have done?
