Reset Authorization of my Toontrack Products

    The link is to our old website. Please download and install the latest update of your EZdrummer.

    If you install the latest update, you should have and option to authorize using an online method.

    Hi Scott
    I have 3 old, no longer exist computer authorization. Can you delete this 3 authorizations? so i can register my second new computer?

    You have 2 active authorizations. Remove one of them and you should then be able to authorize your new computer.

    You can remove old authorizations from the Authorizations tab under Show Details for each product in your Toontrack Product Manager.

    I need to have my Autherization for EZ Drummer freed up as I dont have access to my old computers where the product is, Please help!!

    Please use the Toontrack product manager to remove an old authorization and authorize a new computer.

    I spilled a glass of milk on my laptop and fried it. I authorized it on a new laptop but, it’s only got 4 gigs of ram and is too slow to do…. anything. Can you please remove the authorizations I have on those 2 computers please? I just purchased a new computer and really want to create some music tonight but, I can’t until I get this authorization crap figured out. Why do I have to contact you all for this. I paid for this software already. Why can’t I have control over which computer to give authorization to? Kinda weird if ya ask me.

    You currently have 1 active authorization and 1 inactive authorization out of the 4 total.

    You can remove any active authorizations from the Toontrack Product Manager and authorizations your new computer. You have 2 more authorizations for you to use before contacting Toontrack support.

    You currently have only 1 active authorization. You can authorize another machine from the Toontrack Product Manager.

    Hi,

    A few weeks ago, I bought EZdrummer 3. Due to a clumsiness, I removed my PC’s authorization for the EZDrummer 3 Core Library in the Toontrack Product Manager. The EZDrummer 3 Core Library is installed on my PC and it works fine. Can you please restore the authorization for my PC? Or reset the setting so I can re-authorize my PC for the EZDrummer 3 Core Library?

    You should be able to authorize again as you only have used 1 out of 4.
