Replace midi – why my midi notes change an octave?

When trying to replace midi with a different groove, not only it changes the groove/ playing style but also some of the midi notes one octave lower.

Why is that?

In grid editor I have checked that actual midi notes and chords match. Song key in ezbass is also correct.
