Renaming files for USER midi

Hi,

I was just putting a song together and was getting some cool fills and verse midi files going today. I would then import them back into EZD2 and right click and choose add to user midi. Then I went to that folder and renamed the files but when I did this they were unusable again back in EZD2 when I did a search…Any way to rename these files without corrupting them?

If I understand you correctly, I believe removing the check marks for ‘Include in Search’, clicking OK and then going back and including them again would do the trick.

Thanks John,

But I found it…I just need to go to browser section and right click to change the names…(I was trying to change the names in the folder…)
