I purchased 2 x different producer packs with 2 x Ezmix 2 licences in the sale. I installed these on 2x machines with all 12 presets on both machines… I used 2 x different EZmix 2 licences on install, as I had purchased 2, but when I went to authorise the presets to the 2nd machine install it refused at they are authorised to the other Ezmix licence I purchased as part of the deal.
So I need to remove the 2nd Ezmix 2 licence from the 2nd machine, I’ve done this in my account online, but the licence is still sitting on that 2nd machine so I can’t authorise the preset packs on the 2nd machine… Can someone explain how to remove the licence on the second machine so I can use the 1st licence on that machine and authorise the preset packs I purchased ?
