Hello;
Is there a way to remove demos from the EZ Keys menu that I tried but decided not to buy? I have a few I’d like to get out of the menu.
Thanks!
John B.
can you not uninstall them via Product Manager?
I don’t see anything to do that on the Product Manager
why was this not answered by toontrack?
Product manager doesnt have the uninstall. I will repost question as i want to do the same.
Hi,
if you ‘Show Details’ in the Product Manager and download the installer again, there should be an uninstaller included. Either it will be accessible via the the newly downloaded products drop-down menu or you can open the downloaded installer package in the Finder/Explorer and there should be an Uninstaller there.

Yes I know there is a uninstaller but it says :
uninstaller needs an update it doesn’t work with this version of Mac OS
I have Mac OS catalina 10.15.4
Thanks
OK, if you need to uninstall it right away, it needs to be done manually.
You installed the Demo before upgrading to Catalina, right?

No. I did the upgrade to Catalina months ago.
I installed the demo Grand piano this week and after installation decided to buy the Studio Grand.
Which works perfectly.
But now I can’t remove the demo Grand piano.
Thanks
OK,
navigate to ‘{Mac HD}/Library/Application Support/EZkeys/’ and delete the ‘EZK-GRANDPIANO’ folder.

John

Hi all,
I have a similar problem – but on Windows 10. I’ve downloaded the “small upright piano” demo but purchased the “upright piano” instead. The “small upright” doesn’t show in the product manager but it’s still in EZkeys – how can I uninstall it?
Thanks and best regards,
Bernd
