Simply install the Toontrack Product Manager on the new computer. There you can deactivate your old computer if needed, and install your Toontrack products.
user presets are only stored locally, so yes, you need to back them up before switching computer and then transfer them to the new one. All user preset menus have a ‘Manage in Finder /Explorer’ entry to quickly find their location.
