    Hi,

    which exact OS version are you on?
    If you check the Trash Bin, is the Application there?
    Did you run the Full installer + the 2.1.1 update?

    The OS is OS X version 10.6.7–I emptied the trash after uninstall ..and yes I ran the full installer+update….pulling my hair out

    heres the full story maybe it will help…I downloaded ezdrummer2 with 2 expansion packs….It installed and worked perferctly,I then ran the latest updates from this site…Later I came and tried to download the “made of metal”exp pack…during download I lost internet..when internet resumed so did the download and it appeared to have downloaded fine.After installing the exp pack..although I could see the made of metal library,I had none of the 4 drum kits it’s supposed to come with,I only had the default ezdrummer kits..I felt that the download of made of metal was corrupt …after some discussion thats when I uninstalled/reinstalled but now its as if my imac doesnt recognize the program…any help will be appreciated

    Hi,

    first of all, I think you may be mixing up MIDI grooves with the EZX Library. If you go to the Browser page and find the Made Of Metal grooves, selecting one of them will not change the current Sound library loaded.
    You need to click the orange library selection drop-down in the upper right hand corner of the plugin interface.

    If you click the Spotlight Search in the upper right corner of your Mac and start typing ‘ez’, does the EZdrummer 2 application show up in that list?

    I’m not confusing the library and no the only thing coming up in spotlight is like ezdrummer web searches I’ve done….the program has been deleted as I said…now is there anyway to reinstall it where my computer can recognize it?
