hi, I think I need to do a clean install on my computer. this is something I’m not looking forward to. what I need to know is how do I reinstall all of the toontrack products I own. if you look at my account you will see I have many. so, if someone would take the time and tell me how to proceed I would be most grateful.

    Superior Drummer 3 version: 3.1.5
    Operating system: Windows 10

get the PM project manager app. Login and all your purchases are there. Just download and reinstall. Done.

Do you have SDXs/EZXs on an external drive? If yes then you don’t need to install those, just the base product (Superior/EZDrummer). If they are not, then do you have an external drive you can copy them to temporarily then put them back once you have done your OS/Software rebuild. This will save you time as you wouldn’t need to download them again. Better still just leave them on an external drive (preferably an SSD).

Put the libraries on an external ssd and relink them from there. No need to install them on your hard drive.
