    I can’t help with why is not showing in your account but I run 32-bit and 64-bit EZD2 without issue. It is 2 separate installers.

    Thanks Scott. Guess I’l have to wait for the Support guys to reply. Maybe the original transfer of licence didn’t go as smoothly as I thought.

    Where can I find the 32 bit download and can I store both under the original serial number?

    The 32-bit download SHOULD be in your account under your My Products section. However, your EZD2 doesn’t seem to be there. I’m afraid you’ll have to wait for Support to sort it out.
