I recently bought EZD2 from a previous user and he went through the process of transferring ownership via Toontracks. Everything went smoothly and I have been using EZD2 on a Win 7/64 system within Reaper 64bit. After recent problems with distorted monitoring in Reaper 64 I came to conclusion that it was a driver mismatch with my USB interface. I have changed to Reaper 32bit and the monitoring problem seems to have gone away……however Reaper 32 isn’t finding EZD2 (presumably as I run the 64 bit version still. I saw on the forum that both 32bit and 64bit EZD2 can be run on the same machine, but when I investigated downloading EZD2 / 32bit my first problem was that my product is not shown in my account under My Products. Attempts to register again with my serial no.come back with ” this product is already registered to another user” ??
I have sent a message to Support but wondered whether any other users run the 32 and 64 bit EZD2s on the same machine ? Not sure what I did wrong originally as the EZD2 ran OK within Reaper 64 (so must have been authorised)
