Registering product

I have installed Superior drummer 2. I have gone through the ridiculaously complicated registration process. I have entered the serial number and got an authorisation number but when I copy this into the prompt when I try to open the program it says that the authorisation failed. Is there a number to call or anyone that can help or do I just throw this expensive bit of software which comes with no manuual or simple installation instructions into the bin?

i recently bought korg nanopad and used it with ezdrummer.the problem is i,ve already authorize ezdrummer and install it,but each time i opened the ezdrummer software it fails to start audio.i’ve already install the mididriver for usb controller and it works.for your information i’m also using korg nanokey using with MIle software and it works.can anyone help me with this maybe i didnt download the ASIO driver?
