Hi Bonnaure,
EZX expansions are scanned together by Superior Drummer, in the second to bottom row in the Libaries/Paths menu window. The default path for this is C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\EZDrummer
, but if you have them in another location, all you should have to do is find the new path by clicking the hamburger icon on the right hand side and selecting ‘Locate “Additional Libraries” Folder’, and then restarting Superior.
EZX expansions aren’t added with the “Add Library Path(s)” button — that’s just for SDX expansions.
See more here: 9.3.4 Libraries Settings Tab

Hi, Erik,
Thank you for helping me but the ‘Locate Additional Libraries” folder is grayed so I can’t define a new path for the additional library.
What I do not understand is that the path shown for the library “EZX2_Reggae” is the right path in sd3 (see the attachments) but still I do not see the kit in sd3 … It should appear under what name in sd3 ?
Thanks
Hello,
It should have been automatically added, since the path is correct.
Under the library drop-down menu in the top right (the leftmost of the three), you should have the “Reggae EZX” listed under “EZdrummer Libraries”. Do you only have Superior Drummer 3 listed there?
You can see what libraries Superior has found by going to Help → “About Superior Drummer 3”, and see if the library is listed in the text box there. You could also check in the Product Manager whether it thinks the installation is complete.
