Recently bought and downloaded Reggae EZX and I can’t install it; it prompts me that I must have the latest upgrade of EZdrummer 2. I of course have EZdrummer 2 but it seems it’s not the latest update? Have scoured your website for information but haven’t found out what I need to do to resolve this. What should I do?

The latest update for EZD2 is in the Updates tab for your EZD2 product in your Toontrack account.

Yeah, I found it! Although there is still a problem; the update won’t download? I see my products and my authorizations and when I click download nothing happens. Earlier today I downloaded several EZX’s and MiDI-files without problem.
I think you are downloading the wrong file (from looking at your account). See the pic below.

I have the same issue – yhough my EZD2 says it is up to date, but still I can’t install Reggae EZX due to missing update?

Can you post a pic showing the current installed version number? Can you post a pic of the error message?
