Recovery EZD kits 1 in EZ2 – different PCs

I no longer have the serial numbers (keys) of the old kits
(this installation goes back a very long time and my change of residence was fatal for some of my documents)
In this situation, how to recover my old kits (still active) in my EZDrummer 1 of my old PC on my new EZDrummer 2
of my other and new PC ?

Hi,

 

if the old PC still has active Authorizations, it should be possible to retrieve the necessary information from it to be able to register them to your account so you can install and Authorize on your new PC but you need to contact Toontrack Support directly via any of the FAQ pages.
