Recently purchased Latin Percussion EZX and will NOT load on Windows.

Hello,

I just purchased the Latin Percussion EZX and it will not install. I get no error messages on Windows XP.

This is my problem:

When placing the DVD in ROM drive, the files will NOT open so that I may choose the “installer” icon. I have tried on two different machines and files on DVD will NOT open or load for installation (It freezes and nothing happens). I also tested my DVD Rom drive by using the “Nashville EZX” DVD. The DVD initializes without any problems and let’s me choose the “installer” icon for installation. Could this be due to a defective DVD (LP)?

Hi there;
Log into your Toontrack account, register the Latin Percussion EZX (which BTW I just bought as well and think it’s fantastic). Then download and install the version your Toontrack account, see if that resolves the issue.
