Hello,
My email account is sauvap@aol.com. On October 21st, I purchased EZKeys MIDI 6 Packs Bundle from the Toontrack website. I received a confirmation email from Toontrack stating my order was Complete (Order No. 2103918). However when I log into Program Manager the MIDI Packs I purchased are not present for downloading. I tried logging in several times, and even re-installing Product Manager, to no avail. I posted a help request on the Toontrack Product Manager Forum but got no reply. Below is my Order information received in the Confirmation email.
I would appreciate help getting access to the 6 new midi packs I purchased.

Did your offer confirmation email contain serial numbers for your products? If so, register the serial numbers to your Toontrack account via Product Manager. Click on the Register New Product in the top left of Product Manager.
