Hi everybody, i go straight to the point:
i bought Ez Metal Machine and it works when i use it with Toontrack Solo, but when i open it from Reaper’s host i can see only half of the drums, when i click i do not ear nothing and when play midi files i can hear only the kick drum; could that be a Ram problem? I’m running W7 with 4 gb ram, and Reaper 3-06…
Otherwise, can i export wav files from Toontrack solo without getting ez player?
Checking your Toontrack account, it doesn’t look like you’ve download the full product installer (the red ‘PC’ button) from your Toontrack product page.

yes the CD is the same thing (for this product, at this stage anyhow). Please post screenshots of the problem, or re-explain, as I don’t understand what you are describing – is the picture of the drum definitely that of Metal Machine? or are you using Superior to access the EZX as opposed to EZdrummer?
… we also need your full computer specifications.

My pc runs Intel Core I3 cpu 2.93 ghz, 64 bit operating system (windows 7), reaper is the version 3.06 and ez drummer version is not written on the box, but i have bought it a mont ago so i think is the last version, i have already downloaded the free upload for windows.
Are you running the 64-bit version of EZdrummer (the version number is shown in the lower right of the interface)?

Sorry i don’t understand, i need to buy another verision of EZ or what? The other drumsets (pop and cocktail) work using reaper as a host, so i think the problem is only metal machine…..
You need to download and install the latest EZdrummer update from your Toontrack account. It is under the Software Updates section of the EZdrummer product under your My Products. The update is free.
