Ready made drum tracks to download?

Hi!

Are there ready made drum tracks for well known songs to download from somewhere? That you just can pop into Cubase instead of tweaking and tweaking EZdrummer beats that takes hours upon hours? Like for songs made by very well known rock/pop groups or whatever, blues or reggae, etc? Like for instance if I wanna do a cover of a song by ACDC, like, Hells Bells or Back In Black, are there ready made drum midi files to download somewhere?

I was just wondering that same thing!  AC/DC would be pretty easy to do by hand, but Lamb of God would blow dead bears. Since this was first brought up over two years ago, I am guessing the answer is “NO”.

You might try to search for ” midi files”. The quality will vary, but at least back in the day I used to collect them there were some real good ones around, even for free. Import into your DAW, delete (or just mute) the instrument tracks you will play yourself, add your EZX drums and go.

I use Guitar Pro 7 to export the drum track as midi and then import that into EZ Drummer or Superior Drummer. Being able to do that is well worth the price of Guitar Pro. It’s been a while since I’ve used it, but if I remember correctly, when you do that the midi file will be quantized and the same velocity all the way through, so you will need to humanize it.
