Re installing EZXS Could not read updater config file

I recently uninstalled several ezx packs ( Metalheads,Library Of The Extreme 1-3, and Metal Machine). I am now trying to re-install them . But when I go to the zip install.exe file I keep getting a message that says Could not read updater config file. What’s going on wrong?

Is there an error code? What is the exact error message?

Only one of those products you listed is an EZX (Metalheads EZX). The others are MIDI packs. Which specific product is giving you the particular error?
