Hi. I HAD TO WIPE MY pc and reinstall my OS (Win 7 64 bit). How do i re-download my EZ Mix pack? I have 6 packs, and I am missing one. I right click on it and select reload, but this does not get me there. I am not sure what the serial # is for this, as I had 6 generic serials and matched them to the packs I selected. So, when I go to register/download I get a msg telling me that this is a generic serial. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your Toontrack account should still reflect the EZMix2 preset packs that you selected and downloaded previously.

Yes,

if you log in to your Toontrack account and check ‘My Products’, your 6 registered EZmix packs are there along with the installers for each.
