Randy Staub Guitar Presets Question

Just wondering if there is a preferred/standard method for using Randy Staub’s electric guitar presets: Guitar Delay Bus, Guitar Group, Guitar Midrange Bus, Guitar EQ, and Guitar Mid EQ.
