Randy Staub EZ Mix pack will not load

I just bought the Randy Staub EZ Mix pack an it will not load I get an eror message. I have bought other Toontrack products and have not had a problem with them loading and I am getting very frustrated because there is no contact ifo for support someone please help.

I use a PC with Mixcraft 6 The message is “Could not read updater config file”

It sounds like you are just browsing the zip file and clicking the installer. Make sure you unzip the installer before running it.
