Hello Toontrack,
I’m not sure who to contact on this but I have run out of Authorizations on a lot of my Toontrack products.
The ‘MacBook Pro 17-inch’ & ‘MacBook Pro 15-inch’ that are listed as ‘Inactive’ have both been returned to Apple because they were defective. The ‘PowerMac G5 DualCore 2.3’ also listed as ‘Inactive’ is boxed up in storage.
Can someone please delete these 3 computers from my account so I can get my Authorizations back?
