Yeah, this worked.  The only problem is my controller has only 61 keys so I’m limited on the range but you did answer my question.

If your controller has octave transpose buttons, you can use it to extend the range.

As well, if you’re using Session Organ in a DAW, you should be able to instantiate an instrument with multiple MIDI tracks associated to that instrument.
