I have a question involving EZ drummer 3  …

In my DAW (Protools) I have a AUDIO file of a ride cymbal pattern.

I converted that audio file into a MIDI file.

Upon playback of the MIDI file, I found it was playing the pattern on the snare instead of the ride.

How do I change the midi file to a Ride Bell sound ??

Typically, you can indicate to the app/DAW to what MIDI note/articulation you want converted(sic).

Having said that, if the MIDI is in EZDrummer3’s Song Track,
the Grid Editor is your friend. In the EZD3 manual, see Section 5. The Grid Editor Tab
specifically, Section 5.2 The MIDI Note Workspace.
