do you mean from a type 1 multi-track MIDI file? Short answer would be: Yes. Slightly longer answer would be: yes, sort of but you would go for the chords tab first and then switch over to the rhythm tab to extract the rhythmic feel.
The Audio Tracker is meant for either tracking a monophonic guitar or bassline or rhythmic feel from a percussive audio file.
