Purchased some new Kits but nothing showing in PM

I bout 3 new kits yesterday, go a confirmation but nothing is showing up in PM. I read all the FAQ went to my products and my purchases but all it is doing is having me download PM again. My purchases aren’t available for download. WTF???

Please register those serial numbers to your Toontrack account via your Product Manager and then you will show up and you will be able to download them.
