Hi guys,
I recently purchased EZ Drummer 2 with the The Blues and The Vintage EZX as a bundle. As well the Drum Kit from Hell.
But when I open EZ Drummer (as you can see in the pics) the Vintage one is not showing up in the Library (pic 1). But on the top right corner I see the Vintage one (pic2). Whats going on there?
When I open up the Toontrack Product Manager you can see (pic3) that only EZ Drummer itself and the Drumkit from Hell show up. But not the EZX-packs from my bundle order!!
Please help me out here

Did your purchase invoice contain the serial numbers for all of the products in your order? Each product will have its own unique serial number that you need to add to your Toontrack account via Product Manager before it will be available to download, install, and authorize.

thanks for the quick reply regarding my issues.
Yes I have an invoice mail from my bundle order where I can see three serial numbers. One for EZ Drummer 2 and two others for The Blues EZX and the Vintage Rock EZX.

Hey Toontrack, I recently ordered the gospel EZX pack, and I was charged. But when i went to look at my products I couldn’t find the gospel pack. it only showed me ezdrummer 3 and its core library. Plz help me out.

when I look at your order, it says:
Could not process order. Could not capture order. Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.
So you shouldn’t be charged by Toontrack, perhaps your bank still holds a reserved amount?
