Purchased EZmix2 and was supposed to come with an expansion pack

Hey All-

I purchased EZmix2 early the week of Black Friday through Guitarcenter.com and it was supposed to come with a free expansion pack.  The option to select the expansion pack never showed up in my Toontrack Product Manager.  A GC rep told me that it was because Toontrack was worried about bandwith issues for Black Friday and that it would be available on December 3rd.  So, today is December 6th and it is still not showing up.

Can someone assist me here?

I’m attaching a copy of the flyer that was on GC.com the day I bought the item.
