I do a lot of business with AudioDeluxe and have had only one instance where they delivered the wrong Toontrack serial number to me.
I notified AudioDeluxe of their error and they sent me the serial number for the expansion that I had originally purchased.
( I believe that the error involved an EZDrummer expansion –
they sent me the serial number for an expansion that I already owned and in fact, had also purchased from AudioDeluxe.)
