I purchased an upgrade to EZDrummer 3 but did not receive a confirmation e-mail with the authorization code. The payment has been made through my bank. The e-mail address on my account is no longer valid and I am unable to update my account to my new e-mail address. I submitted a message to Support but have not heard anything back yet. If they send it to my old e-mail address, I won’t receive it. Is there any way to contact Toontrack support by phone?
