I purchased the full version of EZdrummer 2 from Sweetwater and was told I would be able to select a free EZX pack when I registered my key. When I did so, nothing prompted me to pick a pack. Where do I go to select which EZX pack I would like?
You should get a mail with a key for an expansion pack. After that you have to open up the “Toontrack Product Manager”, choose “Register New Product”, paste in the key and then you should be able to choose an expansion pack.
I purchased EZDrummer 2 through Sweetwater as well. Made purchase around 1p central time today. Got EZDrummer serial number within 5 minutes. Almost 8 hours later, I don’t have expansion pack key.
For me, Sweetwater sent my key to two of my email addresses because for whatever reason instead of changing my email address they just added a second one for me.
I received my serial number for the main product almost immediately but have not received any keys for ezx packs, and I purchased mine on the 24th.
Since you purchased EZdrummer 2 during the heavily discounted Black Friday Deal, EZdrummer 2 did not give a Free EZX.
IF you purchased before the discount started but registered after the fact, please contact the Toontrack Support and provide them with your invoice and they’ll look into it.

I used one email address to purchase through Sweetwater and to create Toontrack account and use Product Manager.

Sweetwater website clearly says Free EZX pack included with purchase of EZDrummer 2. It said it yesterday when I purchased and still says it today. The free EZX Pack is clearly part of their Black Friday promotion. So, I don’t understand why you said it is not.
I contacted Sweetwater today about this. They said they spoke with “their Toontrack rep” and were told:
“When the customer logs into their account using Toontrack Product Manager, they will then register/activate EZDrummer. Then they will receive the free EZX and will have an opportunity to select an EZX.”
I had no trouble activating EZD, but, as I said, I am not able to select EZX.
I bought mine at a different store but I got a mail 5 min later. The mail told me how to download and activate the products and contained 3 keys (in my case it was a bundle with EZD2 + 2EZX on own choice).
