purchased and downloaded a midi pack bundle doesnt show up in account or in product manager

    Your email invoice should have serial numbers to register to your account.

    my receipt has an order number but not a serial number to register product with also i only received the receipt on my mobile device and not in my same e mail account on my computer which i found to be strange. does it matter if its a week day or weekend??

    ok sorry there are serial numbers but it does not show up anywhere on my account or account manager to download products i tried to register one of them by entering serial number in register product thing and it says its invalid
