Purchased 6 pack bundle plug ins doesn't show up on EZ mix 2

Need some help. Just recently purchased the 6 pack bundle of plug ins and after download I can not find them in my presets in EZ mix 2. Tried restarting mac and restarting studio one but still does not show up. I have purchased plug ins before and have never experienced this issue.

can you access them if you start EZmix 2 standalone?

Since the majority of the presets you bought were Guitar centric preset packs, what happens when you start with filtering on ‘Guitar Electric’?

What preset packs are visible in your ‘Preset Pack’ column in EZmix 2?
