Love your software! love it so much i own about 30 products.
Recently i made some purchases and during the payment process there was an unusually long delay where nothing happened. i became frustrated and closed out the session, re-opened and tried my purchase again. finally after another lengthy delay the payment was confirmed. Today i had a look at my creditcard statement and to my surprize there are more charges than there should be.
Im hoping that someone can help a brother out and take off any duplicate charges that were incurred in the month of november?

this is the order that was billed twice. Order #889990 and this one Order #914130,
Seems i accidentally bought the mark lewis ezmix pak 3 times and i think guitar gods 3 i bought twice, and the ezdrummer progressive pak 3 times. Help!
