I can get a crossgrade version of Superior for $99.
Or I can upgrade from EZdrummer lite (I own ezdrummer 1) for $129.
I like the arrange window on EZdrummer 2, Superior doesn’t have that does it?
Is EZplayer pro an alternative?
Can it work on big screens now?
There’s no upgrade path from EZdrummer to EZdrummer 2?
Thanks
 John
JohnHi,
Superior 2 does not have the Edit Play Style, Tap 2 Find, Song Track or the Song Arranger features that EZdrummer 2 has.
EZplayer Pro is a MIDI file player/Arranger/MIDI map wrapper but it does not have the Edit Play Style and Tap 2 Find and it does not suggest a Song Structure.
EZdrummer 2 is much newer software than both Superior 2 and EZplayer Pro which is why it has got those newer functions and features.

So there should be an upgrade path coming or I’ll watch for a sale.
Is the song arranger in EZplayer pro comparable to EZ2?
OR EZ2 has better arranger?
I got using that in EZkeys and got to liking working like that, hoping it works as well for drums.
Thanks
 John
JohnIMO,
they are good at different things; EZplayer Pro is a Multi-track MIDI Arranger but it doesn’t have those newer, more intuitive song-writing features that EZdrummer 2 has.
Plus, EZplayer Pro does not produce any sound, it is MIDI only, so you still need Superior 2 or EZdrummer 2 for that.

John
