Progressive Foundry Download Failing ” The server is currently unable to handle

Hi Folks,

 

Any tips for failing downloads via Toontrack program manager? I’ve been trying for 2 days for this one, never had an issue with any other SDXs. tried all the usual things, deleted the partial download, rebooted etc.

(Mac OSX Sonoma 14.4.1)

Any ideas?

Are you on a wired or wireless connection? Tried downloading at different times?

PS – you might want to fix your sigfile as it’s outdated and misleading.

Reach out to support. They might need to reset the cache on the download server.
