Products are registered but Product Manager is blank

Hello,

I just bought the Music City SDX. I haven’t needed to use Product Manager before so I downloaded it. The problem is, neither it nor any of my other Toontrack products show up in it. The Music City pack on the Toontrack My Products page keeps telling me to install Product Manager, but it doesn’t make a difference – I have uninstalled and reinstalled Product Manager multiple times. Whenever it finishes, it opens, updates, logs in, and is blank. Product Manager recognizes I’ve downloaded and registered all my products except Music City, but none of them show up. I would appreciate some help on solving this one – no idea what’s up.

I have the identical problem and just started a new topic on the matter. (I see you’re also on a Mac.) Were you able to solve the problem? Did anyone get back to you?

Sorry, I missed this thread. Craig, what OS version are you using? Try rebooting your computer to see if that helps.
